Office of Economic Empowerment Selects RainCastle to Create Animated Video

The Office of Economic Empowerment (OOED) for the state of Massachusetts has selected RainCastle to create an animated video to promote their new $eedMA program, a special 529 College Savings Plan for families living in Worcester, MA.
