The Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety and Error Reduction has selected RainCastle to create an online tool to assist health care facilities and professionals to understand the requirements for reporting of adverse medical events in their facilities. When an adverse event occurs, a variety of regulatory requirements need to be met for reporting these incidents to government and professional organizations. RainCastle will facilitate this process with a visual, online tool.
