Salary.com, a High Tech, Human Resources Company,
Selects RainCastle for Rebranding and Quantitative Research
Newton, MA – June 14, 2010

Salary.com, a well-known public company providing human resources solutions for both employers and employees, selected RainCastle to refine their brand strategy for the rapidly changing marketplace.

RainCastle will accomplish this goal with a two-tiered program. First RainCastle will partner with expert Research firm Salloway and Associates to conduct an online Quantatitve survey of various target audiences to better understand trends, motivations and market perceptions relating to Salary.com. With that data, RainCastle will then engage in a Qualitative analysis by interviewing customers and company management, the end result being a reconstituted brand strategy upon which Salary.com can execute on-target marketing and sales programs.
