RainCastle Creates Interactive Demo for E-Training Pioneer
Newton, MA – May 8, 2006

RainCastle Communications has crafted a compelling new interactive product demo that enables prospective buyers to explore the features and benefits of Communico's "Magic" customer service training software. The demo then transitions smoothly to a trial offer.

"Our challenge was to demonstrate Magic's advantages quickly but also clearly," says John Canestraro, RainCastle's Vice President of Interactive Technology. "The message had to resonate with viewers and cause them to want to keep learning more."

Developed in Flash, the 4-minute demo allows users to move at their own pace through several sections: Benefits to the User, How It Works, Benefits to the Organization, and the Offer. Prospective buyers see the product, learn how to use it, listen to recorded training segments, watch both a trainee and a manager interacting with the software, and see a variety of customer service environments where Magic is used effectively.

After experiencing the product's most valuable and unique characteristics, prospective buyers are guided to the call to action: they are encouraged to download the product on a free trial basis.
